You see the between-the-legs dunks in dunk contests and such but it's rare that you see them pulled off in actual games. Especially when it occurs during a tied game, in-conference, and your team is one of the "bubble teams" holding out hope for an NCAA Tournament bid.
But that's exactly what LSU's Jarell Martin did in the Tigers' SEC battle on Saturday against the Florida Gators.
You know that LSU's head coach, Johnny Jones, immediately told Martin "Don't ever do that again" when Martin went back to the bench. But we hope Martin didn't listen.
And if you're wondering if Martin is an NBA prospect, the answer is yes. So Zach LaVine may have some serious competition in next year's dunk contest.
As for the game, LSU won 70-63 to improve their record to 19-8, and to of course improve the chances they go dancing in a few weeks.
